Anthony Kiedis Hospitalized

 Anthony Kiedis

The lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Anthony Kiedis, was hospitalized over the weekend, canceling an appearance at KROQ. Their bassist, Flea alerted the crowd they would not be performing as Kiedis recuperated. According to reports, no word has been released as of yet as to what medical reasons were responsible for the hospitalization but an investigation is still ongoing. Said the band’s drummer Chad Smith:

“No one’s more disappointed than us that we couldn’t perform tonight. Sending love and a speedy recovery to my brother Anthony.”

Please, 2016, don’t take any more talented artists. There are plenty of other mediocre singers out here worthy of a ditch!
