Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale: Splitsville!

attends the City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala honoring Apple's Eddy Cue at the Pacific Design Center on October 23, 2014 in West Hollywood, California.

After 13 years of rock royalty, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have called it quits on their 13-year marriage.

According to those in the know, the reason is because Rossdale has been cheating on Stefani, and she is not having it! The two have not spent a lot of time together the past year, with Gavin on tour with his band from December of 2014 until March 2015. When he returned home, the cheating rumors had reached a fever pitch. Gwen has already snatched up divorce attorney to the stars, Laura Wasser, and since there is no prenup, the 50/50 community property law is about to get a workout.

With Gwen Stefani worth about $80 million and Gavin worth an estimated $35 million, the two will have to put those both into the collection to be divided evenly. Stefani is already reportedly seeking to block Rossdale from spousal support, but looking for joint custody of their three children. Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani have even issued a joint statement:

“While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.”
