Harvey Weinstein & The Curious Case Of Panty Pudding & Pulling

Is Harvey Weinstein out there grabbin’ them by the p*ssy, Donald Trump style?

Is Weinstein about to give Bill Cosby a run for his money?

If the New York Times are correct, then Weinstein has been out there sexually harassing women for nearly as long – if not longer – than Bill Cosby. In a statement to the press, the mogul has lashed out at the Times, with a heated response that he is not taking these allegations lightly:

“What I am saying is that I bear responsibility for my actions, but the reason I am suing is because of the Times’ inability to be honest with me, and their reckless reporting. They told me lies. They made assumptions. The Times had a deal with us that they would tell us about the people they had on the record in the story, so we could respond appropriately, but they didn’t live up to the bargain. The Times editors were so fearful they were going to be scooped by New York Magazine and they would lose the story, that they went ahead and posted the story filled with reckless reporting, and without checking all they had with me and my team.”

Weinstein has a slew of women that have reportedly been a target of his. Notables names include actresses Ashley Judd and Rose McGowan, a prominent Italian model, and several other names within and outside the entertainment industry.  Now currently married Marchesa fashion designer Georgina Chapman, Weinstein also had this to say about the claims:

“I came of age in the ’60s and ’70s, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. I worked at a record company that, if you were five minutes late, they’d hit you with a baseball bat.  I am terribly embarrassed for my company, my staff and the only person who could fix this is me. I am going to fix myself, I am going to fix how I deal with women and how I deal with my temper and power.”

Does this sound like admission of guilt or what?

WeinsteinHarvey's sexual harassment claims are international

Now, the proof will really be in the panty pudding if the mainstream media -al of them – report on this as much as they did the Bill Cosby case. Because currently, this little bit of Hollywood news has not been nearly as reported.

White privilege much?
