To refer to Luca Bash’s output as an artist the last few years as prodigious would be an understatement, and with the release of his latest release – after releasing four EPs in 2014 (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key Black) – Bash has assembled a compilation that takes one featured song from each EP and cheekily titled it Single Drops. With his acoustic folk rock showcased in a memorable collaboration, Bash’s latest effort is destined to take the current state of folk music and raise the bar.

After releasing four EPs in one year, most artists might opt to take time off and reflect on their output or possibly tour, but Italian singer-songwriter Luca Bash is not the typical artist and his music is a soul-baring adventure for listeners that is as layered and deep as an artist can get. With an assist from frequent collaborator Giova Pes, Bash explores landscapes and folk sounds that are a welcome break addition to his editions.

Ten years, several releases, and many musical genres later, Luca Bash has fashioned a musical career that is based on the belief that we all have a power within all of us that is ready to be unleashed. Bash has always been fearless in expressing himself through song, with controversy never being a deterrent as he addresses the realities of the world we co-exist in today. His new song on Single Drops, ‘Your Tomorrow’, is an acoustic arrangement that delivers on all musical fronts.
