If you thought Naomi Watts wouldn’t bounce back after leaving her ex Liev Schreiber, you thought wrong. Not only has Watts bounced back, but she’s bounced back with a vengeance.

Bye, Liev!

Hell-ooooooo Billy!

Billy Crudup, who currently be seen on the big screen in the movie Alien: Covenant, has now been officially linked with his current co-star, Naomi Watts, on the Netflix series Gypsy. The two have been on the set of the drama since last year and were spotted by paparazzi in Tribeca over the weekend holding hands. According to a witness

“Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup walked in holding hands. We didn’t know they were a couple. Pretty cool seeing two big stars so into each other.” They “looked happy and were laughing a lot, then left again holding hands.”

When Watts’ spokeswomen was asked about the budding relationship, a response was denied, with Crudup’s people officially issuing a “no comment”, which we all know means…

They are doin’ it!

Watts had been with Schreiber for 11 years but never married, and they are both co-parenting their sons Sasha, 9, and Sammy, 8. When Watts was asked about their relationship and how they make things work after splitting up, she opined..

“We have huge love and respect for one another and high hopes for it to remain that way going forward. Dating just seems completely frivolous and counterproductive and just not really in my world right now.”

Naomi and sons in NYC…

But then came new peen and Crudup and that mantra was out the window. The pair have known one another since at least 2009, when they were photographed together with Eva Mendes and Schreiber on Broadway.

On his end, Crudup has been looking for someone since splitting from actress Mary-Louise Parker, the mother of his 13-year old son, and Claire Danes of Homeland fame. Crudup has said about his love life and relationships:

“My son is with me part-time, so if I’m not working, I’m with him. And I have a great group of friends in New York. But I’m happiest when I’m in a relationship, for sure. And I have great faith that I’m going to find one to persevere with.”

We are happy for these two because they seem down to earth and whatnot, but what is it with these Hollywood people sleeping with their co-workers? We have a mantra at Verbal SLAPS:

“Don’t f*ck your co-workers!

Make them quit, then fuck them!”

That is all.
