It seems that even the producers of the Paranormal Activity franchise are tired of trying to come up with new ways to scare us with shadows and light. The franchise, which debuted in 2009 and has led to a release in successive years to great success, has announced that it will be hanging up its hat amid falling revenues and to end up with a sense of closure.

Does that mean there won’t be sequels in the coming years after a brief hiatus?

if we’re lucky, this series will sleep…forEVER!

The last and final movie from the series, Paranormal Activity: Ghost Dimension, comes out this October and already there are screams that this last edition, which will be available in 3D, is setting up the franchise for a fresh reboot.

We knew it!

Someone is lying to us!
