Sofia and Nick before the split…

Sofia Vergara is definitely trying to have her cake and eat it too!

After dropping ex-fiance Nick Loeb to move on to an admittedly hotter piece in Joe Manganiello, as it turns out, Vergara left a bit more behind with her ex than we had any notion about.

According to legal documents that have been leaked to the mainstream media, it seems that Vergara is attempting to block the use of her frozen embryos by ex Nick Loeb. After they split in May 2014, Vergara sought to have her embryos destroyed, but Loeb is contesting to keep the huevos. And Loeb is not stopping there!

Vergara has been cited for bring abusive during their relationship of over four years, including “on many occasions, physically, emotionally and mentally abusive…punched him in the face on two occasions, kicked him, and threw her phone at his head. She also allegedly bullied him, calling him a “loser” and “worthless.”

and then Sofia upgraded to Joe Manganiello…

Loeb contends that it is not right to keep the eggs unfertilized and is seeking to have the babies born via surrogate as he and Vergara had planned. According to another source…

“This is a desperate attempt for attention. Why would he claim that she was abusive to him and still want to have children with her? She is engaged to someone else. He is perfectly fertile and could go and start a family with another woman. This is a sad attempt to stay relevant and hold onto the past and her.”

But who would want to NOT hatch Vergara huevos?!

Look at the potential genetic brilliance!! Behold Exhibit A (and B!)
