Susan Sarandon

You know how most of Hollywood dodges the question or pretends as if they don’t know anything about the Woody Allen fiassco that refuses to die?

Well, Susan Sarandon is not one of those Hollywood stars and this weekend at Cannes when asked about the director, she did not hesitate to give her opinion on one of the biggest scandals of Tinseltown. When interviewed at a luncheon for women on Sunday, Sarandon opined…

“I think he sexually assaulted a child and I don’t think that’s right.”

Sarandon said nothing further on the subject and left it at that, but Allen himself continues to deny the charges that he molested his then 7-year old daughter Dylan, who continues to plead for Hollywood to stop supporting Allen and for actors to discontinue working with him. Will this be the Cannes that breaks the camel’s back?

Stay tuned…
