“I am not convinced by those I call children of chemicals, synthetic children. Rented uterus, semen chosen from a catalogue … psychiatrists are not ready to confront the effects of this experimentation.”

Now how could anyone misconstrue those words or take them out of context?

But now that Elton John has come for them publicly by asking all of his celebrity friends to boycott the label, D&G are offering a plea, running away from the very comments that are very likely to end their bank accounts as they know them. The two ran to CNN to offer this new spin on the situation:

“I think today, we don’t need to support or don’t support. You think what you think. The life is long, the life is happy. You don’t need to be angry for nothing.”

Blah blah f*ckin’ blah. Because everyone knows that when you’re poor life is harder and full of UN-fun. Which only means they will have evade taxes for that much longer to make up the difference. Now let’s see if this retraction is enough to make Sharon Stone, Ricky Martin, Courtney Love, Victoria Beckham, and their millions of supporters and the other millions that tweeted D&G in disgust…

change their tune.

Stay tuned…
