poptrixxx will always pose for headlines, but behind the scenes? Mmmcmmm…

The MTV Awards are shaping up to be a duel of the poptrixxx, because if you thought Nicki Minaj was going to bow down and just accept that her ‘Anaconda’ video was not nominated for Video of the Year…

Think again!

that’s right, Nicki! Strangle that trick!!!

The big-bootied diva is not taking it lightly that she has been shunned in the category in favor of Taylor Swift, and recently resorted to twattage to voice her dismay. Via Twitter, she had this to say, in a veiled verbal slap to The Swiftress….

“If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.”

– verbal SLAP

Tay-Tay, who is never one to back down and always has something to say, replied on her own Twitter page with the following…

‪@NICKIMINAJ‪ “I’ve done nothing but love & support you. It’s unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot…”

– verbal SLAP

Minaj, for her part, contends she was not referring to Swift, but with only thick-bodied Beyonce as the only other woman nominated in the category, what other slim-bodied trick could she possibly mean?

Let’s hope on the live show that Taylor wins, Nicki Minaj jumps on the stage and snatches the trophy, and then Kanye swoops down, slaps them both, snatches the award and then hands it to Bey.

Because you know that’s who he really wanted to marry.

Stay tuned…
